Senar Kandilli Konakları
Spreading over an estate over 20.000 sqm along with its unique bosphorus view inseparable from wide landscape areas and private pools allocated to each individual villa's use, 13 villas were delivered on 2015. The project was completed on 2 stages; the first stage consists of 5 villas whereas the second stage consists of 8 villas.
Zekiye Gönenç Secondary Education Girls' Dormitory
The dormitory, with the capacity of 400 students and 22.000 sqm constructional area, was provided to the use of secondary education level girls students upon being completed on 2016.
